Description  

Additives VIKRAM-555 & VIKRAM-500 are using for Corrugated box manufacturer in corrugation gum and pasting gum to increase gum strength and when it applies to Corrugated box manufacturing it’s gives strong strength to it’s CS, BF and improvised it’s structure like improve flute strength, gramage strength, edge strength, etc.

The VIKRAM-555 & VIKRAM-500 are also used in making paper products such as paper cone, paper tube, paper fiber drum, paper reel core, etc.

Method of using 

There are three methods of using our Additives products VIKRAM -555 & VIKRAM- 500 is as below: –

Method first – you can add 2% + 0.5% of VIKRAM –555 Additive Powder directly in your total gum solution which is ready to use. For example if your gum solution weight is water 250 KGS + Pasting or corrugation Gum weight is 50 KGS then your total gum solution weight is 250+50 = 300 KGS then you can add our additive VIKRAM – 555 6 KGS +  1.5KGS accordingly to your box Quality result satisfaction.

Method Second – you can add 2% + 0.5% of VIKRAM –500 Additive Paste directly in your total gum solution which is ready to use. For example if your gum solution weight is water 250 KGS + Pasting or corrugation Gum weight is 50 KGS then your total gum solution weight is 250+50 = 300 KGS then you can add our additive VIKRAM – 500 6kgs +  1.5 KGS accordingly to your box Quality result satisfaction.

Method Third – you can add both our additives VIKRAM – 555 & VIKRAM – 500

Take 1% + 0.25% of VIKRAM -555 Additive Powder and VIKRAM -500 Additive paste1% + 0.25 directly in your total gum solution which is ready to use. For example if your gum solution weight is water 250 KGS + Pasting or corrugation Gum weight is 50 KGS then your total gum solution weight is 250+50 = 300 KGS then you can add our additive VIKRAM – 555 3 KGS +  0.250 Gram and VIKRAM – 500 3 KGS + 0.250 Gram accordingly to your box Quality result satisfaction.

Note: – before using our additive VIKRAM  555 Please make its paste like 2 KGS of additive + WATER 5 KGS for it you take less 5 KGS water in your gum preparation.

Description 

For Kraft paper industries we are manufacturing additives VIKRAM-999 & VIKRAM-900 It’s improve GSM, BF, RING CRUSH TEST, protect from moisture, improve paper waste fiber better binding stiffness, improve tear & tensile, protect from fungus, improve yield, etc

Method of using our above products for 1000 kgs kraft paper in following steps: –

  1. Take 5 KGS of VIKRAM – 999 & mix it well in 50 KGS water, make it like a paste.
  2. After preparing paste of VIKRAM – 999 then add 2 KGS of VIKRAM – 900 into the above paste.
  3. After preparing paste of both additive now additive is ready to use.
  4. We are suggesting that above material used in nearest of paper manufacturing finished process such as head box.
