• DESCRIPTIONS: –

VIKRAM – 124 is eco – friendly, cost effective, anionic water soluble Modified Cellulose Ether resin unique extender and also better replacement of like Maida (wheat flour), Tamarind Speed Powder(TSP), Groundnut Cake Powder (GNCP) etc.

VIKRAM – 124 offers excellent properties and Advantages such as Thickening Action, Water Resistance Ability, Dispersing Activity, Adhesion, Film Forming, Provides Excellent Binding Bond Action, imparts better surface to get better finishing and Prospective Anionic Colloidal Nature, Good paste stability under normal conditions, Rapid viscosity developer, its improves & Maintain Glue quality & Strength, also preserving your ply from Fungus & Bacteria’s which harms .

VIKRAM – 124is physiologically inter and soluble in cold as well as hot Water.

VIKRAM – 124 solution is stable to dilute acids and alkalies.

Usage of VIKRAM – 124: –

A. FOR UREA FORMALDEHYDE RESIN: –

• VIKRAM – 124 -: 3% + 0.5% accordingly to Viscosity needs with Soft wood Ply & Hard Wood Ply.
• Then Mix VIKRAM – 124 with high speed starrer in your Resin glue around 35 minutes staring in hot & cold process. First take 3kgs or 3.5kgs of VIKRAM-124 in 50Kgs Resin then mix it for 20 minutes then add left 50Kgs Resin in it then again mix it for 10 to 15 minutes.
• After mixing well when homogenous solution is obtain you are ready to use solution.
• There is no need of Ammonia Liquor in Resin solution when you will mix with VIKRAM-124 because our product PH is around 9 to 10- ph after it fully dissolves in resin solution.
• To decrease the PH please add Hardener (Ammonia Chloride) around 0.150 Grams ( + 0.050) Grams in 100 Kgs total Batch   

B. FOR PHENOL FORMALDEHYDE RESIN: –

• VIKRAM – 124 -: 5.5 % + 0.5% accordingly to Viscosity needs with Soft wood Ply & Hard Wood Ply.
• Then Mix VIKRAM – 124 with high speed starrer in your Resin glue around 45 minutes staring in hot & cold process.
• After mixing well & when homogenous solution is obtain then you are ready to use solution.

STORAGE: –

Please keep VIKRAM – 124 in Dry & Wet proof Place & shelf life of VIKRAM -124 is long life.

The VIKRAM – 124 bags is carefully closed after its uses.

Forwarding Charge will be charge as in the below Ratio: –

  1. For minimum quantity of 25 X 3 = 75 Kgs it will charge 50/-.

  2. From 100kgs to 500kgs it will charge 200/-

  3. From 501kgs to 1000kgs it will charge 250

  4. & above 1001 Kgs it will charge 350/-
