VIKRAM-555 ADDITIVE POWDER

(An Additive for Corrugated Box)

VIKRAM-555 is a unique product and based on specialty starch & chemicals.It increases the viscosity, solid contents and improving the quality of the glue for in corrugation & pasting Box process.

IMPORTANT NOTE: –

• It is only used with alkalized based corrugation gum & pasting gum.
• The material should be placed at dry & cool place.
• Before using, first test the matching of VIKRAM-555 by taking 5 to 10grams of powder with the glue of corrugation & pasting gum with small quantity of 250grams & if that its separated glue contents & highly thick or other material problem then the glue is not suitable for VIKRAM -555 or it doesn’t matches with VIKARM-555.
• If the above problem is generated then please send us your gum samples of about 500grams of each corrugation & pasting gum for any further solution and changes ca be possible to solve the above problem.

Methods to Use VIKRAM – 555 additive: –

• Calculate the Quantity of solution of (Gum powder + water) the add VIKRAM-555 2% + 1%.
• The additive of VIKRAM-555 + of per cent depends upon your requirement of Box quality & (GSM & BF) of paper
