VIKRAM – 999 (PAPER ADDITIVE CHEMICAL) is a unique product for Paper process. It replaces guar gum products.

PROCESS TO USE: –

• First take 25Kgs of VIKRAM-999 then mix it in 150Kgs of water with agitator steering 45 minutes (1:6) = 7 part of PASTE. After that the paste is ready to use.
• Then Take Waste solid Quantity 100Kgs : –

Percentages to take ready paste of VIKRAM -999 to mix in waste solid quantity are given below: –

First take VIKRAM-999, add 10% of water in it, then string to mix it in water.

Second take 55kgs of ready paste in 1ton of paper waste. It will increase

Bf 2 to 3 percentage. For more than better results increase quantity of paste.   

• Use this mix paste in the Machine Chest.
• The above percentages (+ / -) are taken as per your quality generate requirements.
• For Extra Improvements increase percentages as per your Quality Satisfaction.

• Forwarding Charge will be charge as in the below Ratio: –
• For minimum quantity of 25 X 3 = 75 Kgs it will charge `50/-.
• From 100 kgs to 500kgs it will charge `.200/-
• From 501 kgs to 1000kgs it will charge `250
• & above 1001 Kgs it will charge `350/-
